Flavor: The flavor of a beer is perhaps the most subjective indicator, but it is also the most obvious manifestation of beer enjoyment. A specific flavor of beer should have a common taste profile. A perfectly blended beer should have careful flavor coordination between malt sweetness and hop bitterness.
